A.J. Chiarella, owner of the 914 Collective, collaborated with Brooklyn Bagel & Coffee Company and Yonkers Brewing Company on a unique breakfast classic for Yonkers Arts Weekend.

Its a record! A massive bacon, egg and cheese was unveiled during Yonkers Arts Weekend. Made with 250 eggs, 10 pounds of bacon, measured over 20 inches wide, and weighed more than 30 pounds, this one of a kind creation was eaten by over 40 people.

Kudos to Yonkers Brewing Co.for cooking up 150 eggs and giant pot of bacon. Brooklyn Bagel Co made the massive 17 pound bagel.

Mayor Spano jumped in and helped with the unveiling.

While the Guiness Book of World Records doesn’t have a category for the largest bacon, egg and cheese, Chiarella told People Magazine that he found an eatery in Queens, that makes a 20-pound sandwich with 110 eggs. So his BEC creation is NY’s largest!
