On June 26th, at approximately 6:45 a.m., New Rochelle Police Department Officers conducted a traffic stop at Huguenot Street and North Avenue for erratic driving.
The driver, Haji Jacobs aged 29 of New Castle, Pennsylvania, was found to be in possession of a .40 Glock Handgun Magazine. A subsequent search of his vehicle revealed a .40 Glock Handgun and two illegally possessed 15-Round magazines.
Jacobs was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon Second Degree, Unlawful Possession of a Large Capacity Ammunition Feeding Device and Driving While Intoxicated – First Offense.
