Mayor Spano Welcomes YMA Girls Softball Champs to City Hall

Mayor Spano posted, “Congratulations to the girls varsity softball team at Yonkers Montessori Academy! I recognized them at City Hall for being the only Yonkers softball team in history to capture a Section One title.

What a fantastic accomplishment. Continue to make Yonkers proud!”

Mayor Spano presented the team with a proclamation declaring June 13, Yonkers Montessori Academy Girls Varsity Softball Day.

The team brought along their Secion One Trophy for the Mayor to see and gave Spano a YMA Softball T-Shirt. Congratulations!
