A fully online, accelerated program with pathways from undergraduate to MBA in as little as four years

Manhattanville University announced the launch of its newly designed Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, a fully online, flexible degree that can be completed in as little as one year, with a new cohort beginning in late May.
Developed to meet the needs of working individuals and career changers alike, the program combines rigorous business fundamentals with real-world application, offering a streamlined path to leadership in today’s fast-moving economy.
Why Now
In today’s economy, standing still is not an option—and neither is stepping away.
Individuals are being asked to lead, adapt, and upskill in real time, all while continuing to deliver in their current roles. At the same time, employers are prioritizing talent that can think strategically, work across disciplines, and turn insight into action from day one.
The traditional MBA model no longer reflects how people live, work, or grow.
Manhattanville’s MBA was designed for this moment. Built to deliver immediate return on investment, the program allows students to apply what they are learning in real time, strengthening their impact in the workplace while accelerating their long-term career trajectory.
This is not about pausing your career to move forward.
It is about moving forward while you are already in motion.
A Flexible, Career-Focused MBA
Delivered entirely online, Manhattanville’s 36-credit MBA is designed to meet students where they are—providing a fully flexible, high-impact learning experience that fits into their lives, not the other way around.
Students can tailor their experience through concentrations in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Finance, and Organizational Leadership.
“An MBA should not require you to pause your career to move forward,” said Jean Mann, Program Director of Graduate Business Programs at Manhattanville University. “This program was intentionally designed for individuals who are already in motion, giving them the tools (and credentials) to lead, adapt, and grow in real time, with immediate return on investment.”
Accelerated Pathways for Undergraduate Students
In addition to its flexible graduate format, Manhattanville offers a powerful early pathway through its Valiant Fast Track program. Students enrolled in the University’s accelerated three-year undergraduate track can continue seamlessly into the MBA, earning both their bachelor’s degree and MBA in as little as four years.
This integrated pathway provides a significant return on investment, allowing students to enter the workforce with advanced credentials, reduced time to degree, and a competitive edge in the job market.
“This is exactly the kind of pathway today’s students and families are looking for—clear, efficient, and outcomes-driven,” said Jessica Binns-Dickinson, Vice President for Enrollment Management and Strategy. “By creating a seamless transition from undergraduate study to an MBA, we are not only reducing time and cost, but also positioning our students to enter the workforce earlier with the skills and credentials employers value most.”
Built for Leadership and Advancement
The curriculum emphasizes key areas essential to modern business leadership, including analytical and financial decision-making, ethical leadership, project management, and innovation.
Students also have the option to begin with a 12-credit graduate certificate and apply those credits toward the full MBA, creating additional flexibility in how they pursue their degree.
