LM Lions Welcome 9 New Members

The Larchmont Mamaroneck Lions welcomed new members  Dr. Katherine Sinsabaugh/Supervisor Fine & Performing Arts- Port Chester-Rye UFSD; Dr. Colleen Carroll/Deputy Superintendent Port Chester – Rye UFSD, Dr. Eric Lutinski/Superintendent of Schools Rye Neck UFSD and Dr. Charles Sampson/Superintendent of Schools Mamaroneck UFSD.  

With these inductions, the LM Lions now have representatives from all local school districts in the Lions youth needs and solutions dialogue. They join existing members Dr. Colin Byrne/Superintendent of Schools Blind Brook – Rye Union Free School District and Dr. Michael Curtin/Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum, Instruction & Assessment Blind Brook Rye UFSD.

In addition, the LM Lions also welcomed Jason Pinto, Mamaroneck Village Recreation Supervisor, Lisa Chase, founder of Victory Farms, Mike Witsch, LMC Media Board Member, Heidy Barros Rye YMCA Senior Director of Health & Wellness and Randl Ikeda, Rye YMCA COO.  

The LM Lions, celebrating their Centennial, focus on supporting community service groups-providing funding, volunteers & advocacy.   Their motto “Better Together”– to bring community leaders together to determine needs, resources & achieve solutions.  The Lions causes are vision, hunger, childhood cancer, diabetes, the environment and community. The LM Lions work closely with our local schools & youth programs and participate in community events. The LM Lions are part of Lions Clubs International, the world’s largest service organization of over 1.4 million members in more than 200 countries.
