Yonkestimes.com has reported in detail about Frankie the Dog, who was slashed by its owner and abandoned in Yonkers without food or water. Frankie is now in the loving care of the SPCA of Westchester, and needs a home.
Westchester DA Susan Cacace posted, “Now that Frankie is safe and our office is prosecuting his former owner, let’s help get this beautiful pup adopted! Please like and share and contact the SPCA Westchester if you’re interested in adopting Frankie!”
The SPCA of Westchester posted, “His tail never stops wagging. Frankie is a true testament to resilience, strength, and unwavering positivity. After being cruelly dumped in Yonkers with a severe cut to his throat, Frankie endured unimaginable pain. Yet through it all, he never lost his joyful spirit and faith in people. Fortunately, the SPCA’s Humane Law Enforcement Unit arrested Frankie’s owner. Now that this sweet 1-year-old mix has made a full recovery, he’s officially ready to find his forever home! If you’re looking for a super outgoing, loving and playful pup, please stop in to meet Frankie.”
