Field Hall Foundation Awards More Than $330,000 in Grants

Field Hall Foundation has awarded $331,164 in grants to 16 nonprofit organizations through its Spring 2026 grant cycle. Funding will support a broad range of services that help older adults remain healthy, safe, independent, and connected to their communities.

Spring 2026 grant recipients include:

Dutchess County Office for the Aging—$40,000

To provide assisted transportation for older adults with mobility challenges

TRA Group, Inc. —$40,000

To enhance transportation and information services that connect individuals with

critical community resources

Lifting Up Westchester—$30,000

To provide seniors with food assistance, healthcare access, and social connection

Bridge Fund of New York, Inc., The—$25,000

To help prevent the eviction of seniors and their caregivers

Port Chester Carver Center—$25,000

To provide case management services for seniors through the Carver Food Market

Sparrow’s Nest—$25,000

To provide nutritious, home-delivered meals to seniors facing a cancer diagnosis

Westchester Jewish Community Services—$25,000

To provide emergency financial assistance to seniors in need

Greystone Programs—$20,000

To install a facility lift system that will ensure safe transfers for residents

Cardinal McCloskey Community Services—$16,964

To install automated external defibrillators at residential and day program sites

Concerts in Motion—$15,000

To reduce social isolation and improve quality of life for older adults

Don Bosco Community Center of Port Chester Inc. —$15,000

To provide nutritious meals and groceries for seniors in need

Hudson Valley Clubhouse—$15,000

To provide non-clinical rehabilitation for individuals living with serious mental illness

Furniture Sharehouse—$10,800

To provide new beds and essential furnishings for older adults in need

Red Hook Responds, Inc. —$10,000

To provide free meals for vulnerable older adults

United Way of Westchester & Putnam—$10,000

To provide essential goods and personal care items to underserved older adults

YWCA White Plains & Central Westchester—$8,400

To expand access to essential health and wellness programming for seniors

Field Hall Foundation’s mission is to improve the lives of older adults and their caregivers in Dutchess, Putnam, and Westchester counties. The Foundation awards grants three times annually through its winter, spring, and fall grant cycles.
