Election day (June 27th) is just a few weeks away! But for those of you who want to vote for me early you can do so this SATURDAY (June 17th- June 25th) right at the Riverfront Library. I am exactly what District 1 needs & I will continue to bring strong and experienced leadership to this city and district.
I am the mother of two amazing boys, a small business owner and the legislative aide to current Councilwoman Shanae Williams. I am a person who is eager to do what is fair and just. I exude positivity and believe in teamwork. I know how to build and keep beneficial community relationships and bridge gaps instead of burning bridges.
Vote for someone who can reach across aisles and work with everyone. I am one who can create her own seat at the table if need be but is also invited to the table to be apart of important community conversations and decisions. My love for my city, my district and for people is evident. I will always stand up for what is right & what matters to this community. Concentrating on creating Affordable housing, bettering our schools, public safety, diversity & equity, job opportunities and working with our small businesses. KEEPING OUR NEIGHBORHOODS SAFE, and continue the progress made between the police and community as well as increase the diversity in the city’s hiring process.
