Yonkers Councilwoman Corazon Pineda-Issac hosted her third annual CP2 Aces for Aces Tennis Camp last week. Twelve deserving Yonkers kids enjoyed a free five-day tennis camp with professional instruction, brand new tennis racquets, tennis balls, and t-shirts.

“We celebrated our last day of tennis camp with a party, complete with music, food, games, and prizes (including medals and Amazon gifts cards to help with the purchase of school supplies). The grand prize offered to the Most Improved Players was a 10-week tennis program offered through the Yonkers Parks and Recreation Department. Because of the generosity of our sponsors, AMS Acquisitions, Ginsburg Development Company, and Fidelis Care, we were able to offer the grand prize to six kids. Special thank you to the Ryu family and Jay from Ninja Tennis Academy who came to Yonkers every day to make this happen,” said Pineda-Issac.
