Celebrate Pride Month at The Picture House with Two Special Screenings and Conversations

The Picture House Regional Film Center invites audiences to celebrate Pride Month with two special evenings dedicated to LGBTQ+ stories on the big screen. Each screening will be followed by a dynamic conversation led by TPH Resident Film Critic Joe Neumaier, the longtime host of The Movie Minute on 710AM-WOR and a veteran film critic with over 30 years of industry experience.

Sunday, June 22 at 7:00 PM – The Picture House Pelham
A sparkling, gender-bending musical comedy starring Julie Andrews.

Another Country
Sunday, June 29 at 7:00 PM – The Picture House Bronxville
A powerful British drama based on the early life of spy Guy Burgess and his years at Cambridge.

Post-film discussions will explore the historical significance, behind-the-scenes stories, and cultural legacy of each film, all delivered with Neumaier’s signature wit and depth of insight.
