Break the Hold and Sanctuary Yoga to Continue Free Community Yoga at St. John’s Church, Pleasantville

Our FREE Break the Hold + Sanctuary Yoga Community Yoga classes were such a great success! 

We’re excited to share that Jenny Minelli of Sanctuary Yoga will continue offering these complimentary community yoga classes throughout September!

Join us for a gentle, meditative yoga flow designed to move your body, calm your mind, and bring our community together.

 Wednesday evenings: September 2, 9, 16 & 23

 6:00–7:00 PM

 Outdoor Garden at St. John’s Church
8 Sunnyside Avenue, Pleasantville

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, extras will be available.

Classes are completely free, with optional donations benefiting Break the Hold (BTH) and our mission of suicide prevention and mental health awareness.
