Vietnam…through my lens is Stu Richel’s thought-provoking, solo performance that explores his journey as a combat journalist and photographer to, through and beyond his military service in Vietnam. One soldier’s intimately personal and unique tale about friendships, trust, tenacity… and an experience that has colored his life. No blood and guts. No politics. Drama, poignancy, and a healthy dose of humor. The film reflects Stu’s pride in having served, and his enormous respect for all those who put themselves in harm’s way, every day, so the rest of us can flourish.
Richel has an extensive stage and screen resume, including TV appearances on “30 Rock”, “One Life to Live”, “What Would You Do?”, “Law & Order” and “Billions”. He has appeared in Off Broadway stage productions and regional theaters around the country.
