On Oct. 18, The Tunnel to Towers 9/11 Never Forget Mobile Exhibit came to Eastchester with an incredible escort of Police, Fire and Medical Responders from Eastchester, Tuckahoe, Bronxville and departments all over Westchester County and the NYFD.

The Eastchester Rotary Club Foundation helped bring the Tunnel 2 Towers 9/11 Memorial Mobile Exhibit Museum to Eastchester for the 6th consecutive year.
“What an incredible honor to welcome once again the Tunnel to Towers 9/11 NEVER FORGET Mobile Exhibit to the Town of Eastchester. This state-of-the-art tractor-trailer transforms into a 1,100-square-foot exhibit honoring the lives lost on September 11, 2001. Through interactive displays, artifacts, documentary videos, and actual radio transmissions from that tragic day, visitors gain a deeper understanding of the events of 9/11 and their lasting impact. Guided tours led by FDNY firefighters offer firsthand accounts of that day and its aftermath.
“Thank you once again to the 9/11 Education Foundation , Tunnel 2 Towers, Rotary Club of Eastchester, NY, and to Carrie Benedict-Foley with the Foley Family Foundation for their continued efforts to bring this powerful and meaningful exhibit to our community each year. 25 years since September 11, 2001, we remain committed to honoring those we lost, educating future generations, and ensuring their sacrifices are never forgotten,” said Supervisor Tony Colavita.
The 9/11 NEVER FORGET Mobile Exhibit is a tribute to all who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, including the 343 members of the New York City Fire Department (FDNY) who made the ultimate sacrifice, and all who continue to lose their lives to 9/11-related illnesses. This high-tech, 83-foot tractor-trailer, which transforms into an 1,100 square foot exhibit, is a tool to further educate people across the country about the events of that tragic day.
Welcomed around the nation, from the Black Hills of South Dakota to the Tennessee State Fairgrounds, the memorial provides interactive education; including artifacts such as steel beams from the towers, documentary videos, and recordings of first responder radio transmissions. Interactive guided tours are carried out by FDNY firefighters who provide firsthand accounts of the day and its aftermath. The 9/11 NEVER FORGET Mobile Exhibit, which has traveled to nearly 50 states and Canada, has educated over 1 million people to date.
The Tunnel to Towers Foundation is committed to ensuring we NEVER FORGET.
