The Business Council of Westchester (BCW) has appointed three prominent business leaders to its Board of Directors.

The new appointees are Aleksandra Chancy, PE, the Founder and President of DACK Consulting Solutions, Inc.; Jeff Nyikos, the CEO and President of Leros Transportation Group; and Laura Rizzo, Con Edison’s Director of Westchester Regional & Community Affairs.

All three executives bring decades of specialized industry leadership and entrepreneurial success to the county’s premier business membership organization.

“We are thrilled to welcome Aleksandra, Jeff, and Laura to our Board of Directors at such a pivotal moment for Westchester County. All three of these new members will bring immensely valuable skill sets to the Board,” said Marsha Gordon, BCW President and CEO. “Aleksandra’s deep expertise in the built environment will be a tremendous asset as we push forward with our key sustainability initiatives. Jeff’s knowledge of ground logistics will help inform the BCW’s transportation advocacy, especially as we see more transit-oriented development reshaping our communities. And Laura possesses a wealth of expertise in our energy infrastructure that will help inform the BCW’s ongoing and future initiatives.”

Chancy, a Rye resident, brings more than 30 years of design and construction industry experience to the BCW. Since founding the White Plains-based DACK Consulting Solutions in 1997, she has led major construction management and consulting projects across the Tri-State area, nationally, and internationally. A licensed Professional Engineer with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Chancy has spent her career balancing technical precision with community impact.

Nyikos, a Katonah resident, steps onto the board backed by three decades of hands-on experience at Leros Transportation Group, a global ground transportation powerhouse headquartered in Valhalla. Learning the business from the ground up—just like his father, John—Nyikos has been the driving force behind the company’s massive expansion over the past five years.

Rizzo, a New Rochelle resident, has an extensive understanding of Westchester County’s energy landscape. She is the relationship manager and contact for the county’s municipalities, collaborating with elected officials to address, resolve, and escalate operational issues related to gas, electricity, construction, and restoration activities.
