MDG Design + Construction LLC is currently seeking contractors for moderate rehabilitation project, Calcagno Homes located in Yonkers, NY.
New York State certified MBE, WBE and SDVOB contractors and suppliers are invited to participate in bidding the work in the following trades:
Rough and Finish Carpentry
Electrical Work
Plumbing
Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning
Elevator Modernization
Masonry Restoration
Work is to be performed in Westchester County under Davis Bacon Act (prevailing wage) requirements. These obligations are described at the U.S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division webpage – http://www.dol.gov/whd/.
Eligible businesses may need to demonstrate that they are responsible and have the ability to perform successfully under the terms and conditions of proposed contracts.
