
Sunday, June 28 at 2 p.m. (Rain date is July 5), the Town of Mount Pleasant will host the United States of America 250th Anniversary Day Parade with grand marshals Sen. Andrea Stewart-Cousins, Rep. Mike Lawler and Supervisor Carl Fulgenzi.
The parade lineup is at the intersection of Manhattan Avenue and Commerce Street in Thornwood. The parade will march north on Commerce Street to Franklin Avenue, then north on Broadway and left at Garrigan Avenue to the American Legion Field for dedications.
The American Legion is at 52 Garrigan Ave. At the American Legion field, there will be entertainment, food, and community booths.
