Leasing Begins at Hudson Piers’ Next Phase

Extell Unveils Pier III at Westchester’s Most Transformative New Riverfront Community

Extell Development Company, one of the nation’s leading real estate developers known for its portfolio of design-driven, superior-quality residential, commercial, and hospitality properties, today announced the opening of Pier III at Hudson Piers, the newest luxury rental building within its mixed-use development in Downtown Yonkers.

Spanning over 20 acres, Hudson Piers is one of the most impactful developments in Westchester County. Pier III is the second residential building in the community, continuing Extell’s vision to revitalize the Yonkers waterfront and create new public access along the Hudson River. The seven-story building includes 176 for-lease residences with well-proportioned layouts, including three-bedroom homes, with abundant natural light, custom finishes and expansive views of the Palisades.

“Hudson Piers is emerging as a superior lifestyle destination,” said Moshe Botnick, Senior Vice President of Development at Extell Development Company. “The opening of Pier III at Hudson Piers marks another step forward in the vision for a vibrant and connected Yonkers waterfront community.”

Hudson Piers brings Extell’s signature luxury living to Westchester for the first time. The master development comprises six residential buildings designed by Perkins Eastman Architects, with interiors by McGinley Design. Upon completion, Hudson Piers will include 1,400 residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes, as well as retail destinations and amenities along a new esplanade.

“We’re excited to welcome new residents to our growing community,” said Erika Banach, Vice President of Real Estate Operations for Hudson Piers at Extell Development Company. “Hudson Piers strikes a balance between the city’s energy and the serenity of the suburbs, which is resonating strongly as Pier III comes to life and the waterfront promenade expands.”

Interiors at Pier III balance comfort with an elevated aesthetic. Oversized windows bring in natural light and frame panoramic views of the Hudson River and Palisades, with select residences featuring Manhattan skyline views and private terraces. Open-plan kitchens are integrated with Miele stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and quartz stone countertops, while bathrooms are finished with sleek Kohler fixtures, custom millwork and oversized mirrors. All homes include in-unit washers and dryers, along with zoned heating and cooling.

Hudson Piers features the most comprehensive amenity and service offering in Yonkers, reflecting Extell’s full-service lifestyle approach. Residents enjoy access to a curated suite of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a swimming pool with grilling stations, state-of-the-art fitness centers including a spin studio, several landscaped outdoor terraces and outdoor spaces with fire pits, hammocks, a bocce court, and a dog park, as well as a resident lounge, waterfront lounge, private screening room, children’s playroom, teen room, and game room. The community is further supported by 24-hour concierge service, package and bicycle storage and on-site indoor and outdoor parking.

Situated on Yonkers’ scenic waterfront, Pier III offers a distinctive living experience shaped by its setting. The 1.5-mile riverfront promenade features designated paths for walking, running, and biking, along with direct access to an array of dining, retail, and cultural destinations. Located just a 30-minute direct train ride from Midtown Manhattan, it also provides a convenient, commuter-friendly connection to the city.

Often described as the gateway between New York City and the Hudson Valley, Yonkers is the best of both worlds, combining ultimate convenience with accessibility. Residents can reach Grand Central Terminal in approximately a half hour via Metro-North Railroad or take a scenic drive upstate along the Saw Mill River Parkway, with access to major highways connecting Westchester and beyond. From parks and historic sites to a lively dining and entertainment scene, Yonkers is known for its well-rounded and convenient lifestyle. Local highlights include Yonkers Brewing Co. and Untermyer Gardens Conservancy, alongside a year-round calendar of concerts, festivals, and community events.

Studio to three-bedroom residences at Pier III at Hudson Piers start at approximately $2,300 per month, with initial occupancy anticipated for May 2026. For additional information or to schedule an appointment, please visit www.hudsonpiers.com or call (866) 748-8101.
