Mayor Mike Spano has appointed Annie Huang as Deputy Commissioner of Human Resources for the City of Yonkers.
Huang brings extensive experience in public service, including leadership roles with SUNY System Administration, Westchester County, and previously the City of Yonkers where she served as Acting Deputy Commissioner of Human Resources and Senior Assistant to the Mayor.
Her background in workforce strategy, employee wellness, and large scale program management will help strengthen the City’s operations and support its workforce moving forward
