The music of Florida’s favorite son is coming to Yonkers Brewing Co. for a night celebrating the legendary songs of Tom Petty, performed live by The Broken Hearts. From timeless hits to deep cuts, this tribute captures the heart, soul, and sound of one of rock’s greatest catalogs. Special guests will be announced, so expect even more great music as the night comes together.
Formed after Tom Petty’s passing in 2017 by former Petty and Mudcrutch bandmate Charlie Souza alongside vocalist and guitarist Shawn Scheller, the band quickly grew from memorial appearances into a nationally touring act. Since 2018, they have been bringing Petty’s music back to the stage with authenticity, energy, and deep respect for the original spirit of the songs.
From driving rock anthems to timeless ballads, this is a straight ahead celebration of one of America’s greatest songwriters. No gimmicks, no excess, just great songs played by a tight, road tested band. Real songs. Real players. Real rock and roll.
