BOMA Westchester Elects 2026 Slate

The Building Owners and Managers Association of Westchester County has announced the election of its slate of officers for the 2026 term.

Robert McNamara was elected President. McNamara is Director of Operations & Management for GHP Office Realty

Other officers elected and sworn in for the 2025 term were:

Vice President: Geraldine Molloy, Newmark

Secretary: Brian VanRiper, Robert Martin Company

Treasurer: Gina Lomurno, Reckson

Immediate Past President: Stephanie Manfredi, Colliers International

The following Directors were also elected:

Vinny Finnegan, Gedney Way Consultants
