Dynamic Westchester Startups Showcase Groundbreaking Innovations During Element 46 Tech Accelerator’s 10th Demo Day

The Element 46 Tech Accelerator Powered by Quay (formerly Cela Innovation), Westchester County’s full-scale startup accelerator program, recently hosted a Demo Day to mark the conclusion of the fall 2025 cohort. The event, held on December 2 in White Plains, was attended by a carefully curated group of more than 100 investors, experienced entrepreneurs, press, and mentors.

The participants in Element 46’s Fall 2025 Demo Day, included: AirlineComplaintHub.com (Dobbs Ferry): AirlineComplaintHub.com helps air travelers who have experienced a significant problem with an airline turn their quick summary of the situation into a strongly worded complaint, and take the traveler directly to the page on the airline’s website where they can easily paste and submit their complaint.

Author Central Station (Mount Vernon): Author Central Station helps authors, particularly self-published authors, increase their sales by arranging for authors to host book signings in malls in high-traffic areas to sign and sell copies of their books.

CelerOps LLC (New Rochelle): CelerOps streamlines manual document-heavy workflows for accounting and insurance teams by providing an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) platform and custom automations that replace data entry with seamless workflows and reports.

EDmotionsAI (Mount Kisco): EDmotionsAI is the world’s first Emotional Management System (EMS), helping K–12 schools tackle the student mental health crisis by embedding highly trained and safe daily emotional coaching, reflection, and real-time insights directly into the school day. With four intelligent agents, EDmotionsAI transforms Social Emotional Learning (SEL) from a periodic lesson into a continuous, personalized support system for students and a proactive data tool to provide actionable insights for educators.

Elara (White Plains): Elara modernizes immigration filing with AI, cutting costs by 93% and accelerating case preparation by 95%, making legal access at scale possible.

MIDL Technology Inc. (Eastchester/Tuckahoe): MIDL is an AI services company in the safety and security sector that provides a platform to eliminate the manual work of detection, review, and response for organizations responsible for public safety, security operations, and critical infrastructure.

MyDataMyDolla (White Plains): MyDataMyDolla (MyDMD) provides a secure platform for consumers to collect, understand, and monetize their personal data on their own terms.

TradesConnects (Mount Kisco): TradesConnects is a platform developed by NewDawn LLC. It provides a full-stack workforce ecosystem for trades businesses, schools, unions, and job seekers to solve the global shortage of skilled trade workers.

Senergy Labs (Yonkers): Senergy Labs helps building owners and commercial tenants understand and reduce high energy and water bills by providing real-time energy and water monitoring software.

Starteryou (White Plains): Starteryou helps high school and college students find local jobs, internships, and career opportunities, while giving schools and employers an easier way to connect with young talent.
