Executives from Simone Development Companies joined with Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano and the owners of Italian Oven for a ribbon-cutting ceremony on March 12 to celebrate the grand opening of Italian Oven at the Boyce Thompson Center.
“Italian Oven is family owned and operated. My brother and myself are the owners and my two daughters Nicoletta and Cristina, and my brother’s two daughters Amanda and Angelina will be running the restaurant,” said Owner Anna Maria Oppedisano. “We will be serving a variety of different pizzas along with deliciously prepared pasta dishes stemming from Southern Italy. We take pride in our hospitality and the quality ingredients in our food,” she added.

Located at 1084-1088 North Broadway, the Boyce Thompson Center is an 85,000-square-foot mixed-use property featuring medical offices, retail shops and restaurants. The center offers free parking and a grand outdoor plaza with public seating.
