Thank you to our Yonkers Fire Prevention and Yonkers Fire Department for visiting Yonkers Public Schools Las Hermanas Mirabal Community School. The kids learned about fire safety while exploring a smoke trailer and learned what to do in case of a fire. Firefighters encouraged our students to practice fire drills and home and make sure their homes have working smoke alarms.
