On September 20th, 2024, New Rochelle Detectives with assistance from the
Westchester County District Attorney’s Office culminated an investigation that led to the arrest
of one Fernando Rincon for multiple sex offenses against multiple teenage children.
Due to
nature of the offenses and the privacy of the victims, the details of the incidents are being
withheld.

Fernando Rincon, 52 years of age, of New Rochelle, NY, is charged with New York State Penal Law Sections;
220.03 Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree – A Misdemeanor
130.45 Criminal Sexual Act 2nd Degree (3 Counts) – D Felony
263.05 Use of a Child Less than 17 YOA in a Sexual Performance (4 Counts) – C Felony
130.40 Criminal Sexual Act 3rd Degree – E Felony
