As a lifelong Democrat, community advocate, and mother of 2, Deana Robinson brings years of public service in her bid to serve the people of District 1 on the Yonkers City Council. Robinson has 6 years of experience working as an aide to Councilwoman Shanae Williams. In addition, Robinson created an organization with the key purpose of promoting small businesses throughout Yonkers.
“I am running for Yonkers City Council to make sure city government works for everyone! The current Councilmember in District 1-Shanae Williams, is running for the Westchester County Board of Legislators. The district has a large democratic enrollment edge, and the winner of the democratic primary in June will likely replace Williams.
