Download the Fuelco app to fill up on low prices
Inflation-shocked consumers can catch a break from high gasoline prices at Fuelco’s two stations in Valhalla and Yonkers, where gas will be sold for $3.89 a gallon to app users and $4.17 to non-app users.
The promotion—starting Friday, March 11 at 6 a.m.—is a customer appreciation gesture by Fuelco, which rewards its app users with everyday low prices on gas and convenience foods. Fuelco is located at 651 Bronx River Road in Yonkers and 85 Virginia Road in Valhalla.
“We recognize that our communities are struggling with the effects of inflation and foreign conflict, so we are offering a helping hand to our neighbors and customers,” said Jeannine Eljamal, who with her brother Adam Musa owns and operates the Fuelco stations in Yonkers and Valhalla. “We have direct relationships with gasoline refiners, which allows us to buy gasoline at lower prices and pass the savings to our customers. This is quality gasoline refined in the United States.”
According to GasBuddy.com, the average price for a gallon of regular gasoline in New York was $4.45 on March 10.
The $3.89 a gallon gas is only available to customers through the Fuelco app, which can be downloaded from the company’s website. Customers who download the app will also be eligible to win a Camaro to be raffled later this year.
Coupled with its Foodsmart convenience store, the Fuelco service station combines deeply discounted gasoline and a variety of organic, gluten-free, and fair-trade snacks, along with convenience store staples—think Trader Joe’s with a gas pump.
Fuelco has a history of giving back to the community. Last year the company donated $10,000 to the Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital and raffled a Camaro to a resident of Ardsley, N.Y.
