The 16th Annual Tour de Yonkers will take place on Sunday, September 28, 2025. The ride is the second largest participant sporting event on the Yonkers calendar (the largest being the Yonkers Marathon). Last year the Tour had over 400 riders.
This enjoyable untimed event is open to all bike riders over the age of 18 with routes of 12, 25 and 50 miles. The routes include share-the-road streets, scenic park trails, and, for the longer ride, along the closed-to-traffic Bronx River Parkway. There will be a police escort for the first several miles.
The ride will start and end at the Beczak Environmental Center- Sarah Lawrence Center for the Urban River, 35 Alexander Street, located in picturesque Habershaw Park along the Hudson River. There is food provided at rest stops and at the finish.
Tour participants receive a cycling jersey as part of their registration, $65 until Sept. 1.
Quantity of jerseys is limited so riders are urged to register early to insure they receive
one.
