130 Grams of Crack Cocaine in Mt. Vernon Drug Bust

FBI-Westchester Safe Streets Task Force & Mount Vernon Police in Joint Raid

Mount Vernon Police recovered over 130 grams of crack cocaine from a home in Mount Vernon on Thursday, December 22. Detectives from the Mount Vernon Police Department investigated the sale of crack cocaine from a 111 South Fulton Av. This investigation led the Detectives to apply for and be granted a search warrant for the location.

At approximately 5:00 AM on December 22, 2022, members of the Mount Vernon Police Department,
Emergency Services Unit, the Mount Vernon Police Department, Violent Crimes Unit, and the FBI Westchester Safe Streets Task Force, executed the search warrant and discovered numerous people inside the home and the stash of crack cocaine.

In total, eight people were arrested and charged; they are:

Jack Price, 21 years old, from Mount Vernon
Patrick Pilgrim, 32 years old, from Mount Vernon
Prince Scott, 34 years old, from Mount Vernon
Aaliiyah Jones, 21 years old, from Mount Vernon
Louise Harris, 58 years old, from Brooklyn
Dominique Willis, 36 years old, from Mount Vernon
Sheila Draine, 54 years old, from Mount Vernon


The above individuals were all charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, a class B Felony. Prince Scott was additionally charged with violating the terms of his United States Probation. John Ivory, 57 years old, of Mount Vernon was also charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree and Tampering with Physical Evidence.

All the arrested parties were arraigned in Mount Vernon City Court on December 22, 2022.
