Yonkers Libraries Celebrate Music on June 21

Join the Yonkers Celebration of Music on June 21!
For the first time, Yonkers will join over 1,000 cities in 120 countries around the world as we throw the citywide music celebration, Make Music Yonkers! On Monday, June 21st, the longest day of the year, Yonkers Public Library (YPL) and the Foundation for the Yonkers Public Library (FYPL) invite you to join Make Music celebrations. Join us at all three YPL locations for live music performances and music sessions that everyone can participate in. Some events include special giveaways! See calendar for details.

Make Music Yonkers is a live, free musical celebration open to anyone who wants to take part. Every kind of musician — young and old, amateur and professional, of every musical persuasion — pours onto streets, parks, plazas, and porches to share their music with friends, neighbors, and strangers. To include your own event or performance in the main calendar, register here.
