The Palisades Prep High School Boys Basketball Team is having a great start to its season. The team hosted Clarkstown South on Friday December 20th and won 65-58. Nokio Kennedy had 21 points, Isaiah Bray had 18 points and both Justin Constable and Isaiah DaSilva added 9 points.
After the Holiday break the boys were back in action on Friday January 3rd. They hosted Rye Neck and beat them by a final score of 81-52. Isaiah Bray had 28 points, Nokio Kennedy had 23 points, Justin Constable added 17 points and Jayson Vargas added 8 points. This win was also the 100th win in the team’s history, also shared with the 100th career win for Coach Stahn.
On Wednesday January 8th. The boys hosted league rival Alexander Hamilton. We had an early 9-5 lead, but eventually fell behind and lost 63-49. Isaiah Bray had 17 points, Nokio Kennedy had 13 points and Curtis Terry added 11, Jalen Higgins had 6. The team is now 7-2 on the season, and hoping to earn a top seed in the class B playoffs.
Congrats to Palisade Prep Coach Sean Stahn on his 100th career victory! Sean accomplished this milestone on Friday night January 3rd. His team defeated Rye Neck High School by the score of 81-52. Leading the way for Pal Prep were the following players: Isah Bray 28 points, Noko Kennedy 23 points, Justin Constable 17 points and Jayson Vargas 8 points! Congrats Coach Sean!
